    Kawaiian Lion uses Australia Post express service for all shipments. Kawaiian Lion is not liable for any lost packages if you have given an authority to leave on the premises. All shipments are sent with an Auspost tracking number to monitor your delivery.

    *please note since COVID we have been experiencing some delays in our INTL shipping timeframes. To alleviate this we have upgraded to express services on all international orders at our own expense to try to get goods to you sooner. please allow 5-12 business days but note some regions are taking up to 4- 6 weeks for orders to be received.

    ** Shipping costs for all regions do not include any import duties or taxes you may incur. In most cases you may not be charged duties and taxes and the package will be delivered directly to you. The postal service in your local country will contact you via email or phone for secure payment should taxes or duty payment be required.

    Shipping Policy

    All orders are shipped within 48hrs of receiving order.

    The delivery times provided are estimates only. Kawaiian Lion cannot be held accountable for delays incurred from freight providers which are not in our control.

    Please ensure a street address and phone number is supplied. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Kawaiian Lion cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

    Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service immediately (aloha@kawaiianlion.com).

    We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.

    Products are shipped with the authority to leave if your not home (ATL). This means if you miss the delivery your order will be left in a secure location at your address. If the delivery driver deems a location as non-secure your order will be redelivered the following day.

    All local customs charges, import duties and fees are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Kawaiian lion cannot pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these costs your parcel may be abandoned, and Kawaiian Lion will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

    Order Tracking

    We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. You will receive an email on confirmation of your order.

    Another email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

    Your goods will be sent via express post within 48 hours of when order is placed unless otherwise stated.

    Email aloha@kawaiianlion.com if you find that your order is taking longer than expected.

    Order Cancellations

    If notified before goods have been dispatched, Kawaiian Lion can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped Kawaiian Lion reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

    Acceptance of Goods

    The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. If there is a fault with the goods received let us know straight away by contacting aloha@kawaiianlion.com. If the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper care please contact customer service.
