returns & exchanges

we offer refunds and exchanges so you can ensure your item is the right fit for your shack!

We want you to be completely in love with your new purchase! If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or to exchange for a different style, colour or size please email us at aloha@kawaiianlion.com so we can resolve any problems. We will provide you with the return information on our simple return process to send the goods back to us.

Our refund or exchange policy only applies if the below terms are met:

  • Australian orders products must be returned 30 days from purchase
  • US orders products must be returned 30 days from purchase
  • International orders products must be returned 30 days from purchase
  • The goods must not have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or any attempt made to alter the product.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition with tags in its original placements i.e as sold when shipped.
  • Returns cannot be submitted without contacting customer service first (aloha@kawaiianlion.com).
  • Sale items will not be accepted for Refund. Exchanges or Store Credit are applicable to sale items (the includes site wide promotions, except new friend discounts)
  • Return shipping to kawaiian lion is at the customer’s expense

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact customer service aloha@kawaiianlion.com to receive return information and return shipping address.
  2. Include the items you wish to exchange or return with a copy of your kawaiian lion invoice or packing slip.
  3. Kawaiian Lion will not refund the initial shipping costs.
  4. Return shipping to Kawaiian Lion is at the customer’s expense. Make sure you hold onto your return shipment tracking number. We do not offer free returns.
  5. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. Flinders & co PTY LTD trading as Kawaiian Lion will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. Kawaiian Lion will not process returns that have not been approved by our customer service team via email prior.
  6. Once your return has been is received your exchange or refund will be processed immediately. Refunds can only be credited back to the account that was used to make the original purchase. Allow 5-10 days from when you return the product for your account to be credited.
  7. Sale items will not be accepted for Refund. Exchanges or Store Credit are applicable to sale items
  8. Refunds can only be issued to the original card used for the initial purchase.
  9. Gift cards or store credit are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
